GAN Limited (NASDAQ: GAN) (GAN) has inked a multi-year agreement with Incredible Tecnologies, Inc., to secure the exclusive online rights to the Illinois-based firm’s current and future online games, which will exceed 110 in number over the duration of the contract.
The Chicago-headquartered designer, developer and manufacturer of entertainment products was established in 1985, and in addition to its 1989 Golden Tee Golf breakout hit, is known for casino games such as Money Rain and Crazy Money, which can be found throughout the United States in brick-and-mortars and have been accessible via New Jersey‘s online market since 2016 and 2014, respectively.
Established provider:
The firm recently launched its latest slot innovation, Rising Rush Tropical Wonders, which offers up to 9,604 win ways and features such as scatters, extra spins, progressive prizes and more and is available in brick and mortar casinos in the United States.
GAN’s “second major agreement for exclusive content,” the long-term deal is in keeping with the Nasdaq-listed company’s content acquisition strategy, with online licensing fees immediately being derived from Incredible Technologies’ existing New Jersey operations.
For the group, the multi-year deal results in the content of its combined exclusive online slot partners representing some 7 percent of all the slots in the United States during 2020.

Under the deal, GAN’s Platform and Super RGS clients will be provided with an “exclusive and substantial” portfolio of online casino slots going forward and over the coming years. Incredible Technologies will distribute its entire iGaming offering exclusively through GAN in the United States, with the partnership enabling the company to focus its resources on boosting its online library in a rapid fashion.

Adding his comments about the new tie-up, Daymon Ruttenberg, Senior Vice President of Gaming for Incredible Technologies, said via the news release that their partnership with a “proven and premier partner” like GAN advances the online U.S. distribution of their leading portfolio of gaming content.
